I am a digital strategist, cultural producer, founder of cooperative projects, and developer of new organizational forms. I often work as a moderator, speak at conferences, and publish on various platforms.
My interests revolve around governance, decentralized management, and building organisations that break free from conventional economic contexts: platform co-ops, steward ownership, digital organizations like DAOs, and other forms of collective and visionary work. For me, organization is an art form, and art is a matter of organization.
For over two decades, I've been creating spaces for digital innovation and developing alternatives to extractive models of technology and economics.
In 2010, I co-founded SUPERMARKT in Berlin – an independent hub for digital culture and the collaborative economy. There, I curated conferences, workshops, and research projects for more than ten years, exploring cooperative practices and equitable digital infrastructures.
Since 2019, I've also been co-founder and board member of Platform Coops eG, a cooperative supporting the development of a digital, cooperative economy across various sectors.
In 2023, I co-founded Poetic Technologies – a collective enterprise reimagining digital infrastructure beyond bureaucratic constraints.
Previous roles include artistic director of MoneyLab Berlin (2021), programme curator of the Transmediale Festivals (2009–2011), and long-time collaborator with Public Art Lab. In my work, I aim to connect the digital and cultural spheres with a strong focus on democratic participation and social innovation.
